Software conflicts, failed operating system updates, power supply failures, and battery issues are very common causes of those symptoms. Typically, they are also relatively inexpensive issues to resolve.

If it is discovered that your device has a much more serious issue, such as a failing motherboard, we will provide you with recommendations for repair or replacement. We do not push owners into repairing a truly failing device. If it needs to go back to the manufacturer under warranty, or the cost of repairs is greater than buying a replacement, we will assist you in making an informed decision on your next steps
